Our dishes are prepared with carefully selected ingredients from our greenhouse and the fields of local farmers, preserving the authentic taste. Our restaurant is a warm space that harmoniously combines traditional Albanian architecture with contemporary, creating a unique and unforgettable atmosphere. The facade is an authentic combination of stone, wood and clay, elements that embody the history and true spirit of our tradition. A special detail is the wall around the counter, which is covered with a birch facade – a return to the old Albanian tradition, where courtyards were surrounded by fences woven with birch. On the other hand, the modern tables, elegant lighting and flooring with a contemporary style perfectly balance this combination of tradition and modernity.
The most captivating feature of our village is the 360-degree fireplace, which stands at the heart of the restaurant. With a total area of 400 m² and a terrace that extends over an area of about 5000 m², the restaurant offers a perfect environment for guests. In the interior, the restaurant has a capacity for 120 guests, while on the terrace and in the Hijane e Kumbullave, up to 500 more guests can be accommodated.

The fire circle – the ideal spot for socializing and relaxation
To spend pleasant moments and relax after a day full of activities, we have created the 'Fire Circle' near the restaurant. This space is designed to offer guests the opportunity to socialize, enjoying a cold beer around the fire. Even during the summer, when the evenings are cooler, the Fire Circle offers a perfect opportunity to spend time with friends and family.
A glass of wine in the shade of plum trees...
Part of the restaurant is also a space we have called "The Plum Shade", where more than 400 carefully planted plum trees create a fresh and peaceful environment.
Under this natural dome, we have placed straw tables and chairs, which blend beautifully with the landscape, creating a special space for rest, conversation, or a glass of wine in the shade of the plum trees.

Among alcoholic beverages, we offer traditional plum brandy, carefully distilled from plums collected in our village. Among non-alcoholic beverages, you will find fresh plum juices and many others depending on the season - all prepared in a traditional way, to bring the freshness and authenticity of nature to your glass.

From our traditional specialties to expertly prepared meat dishes, we offer a wide range of authentic Albanian and international flavors. The meat in our restaurant is prepared on an Argentine-style grill, which preserves the natural ingredients, authentic flavor, and its juicy texture.
We are committed to natural food
We promote a healthy lifestyle, using exclusively ingredients grown without pesticides or artificial fertilizers. We source most of our ingredients from our greenhouse, which covers an area of 20 acres. We use only natural manure from animals to grow them, guaranteeing freshness and high quality in every dish we serve.
